What you can expect:
• Learn how to make royal icing.
• Learn how to achieve different icing consistencies.
• Learn how to mix colors and basic color theory.
• Decorate 3 cookies using the icing you made!
What is included:
You will take home your mixing bowl, spatula, icing bags, and a few other goodies. In class we will decorate 3 cookies that you get to take home, along with any left over icing.

By purchasing a ticket you agree to the following refund policy:
All ticket sales are final. In the event that you cannot attend class, you may transfer your ticket to a family member or friend. I just ask that you let me know so I can update my attendee list. If you cannot attend or find someone to fill your seat, I will save your cookie kit (with step-by-step instructions) for up to 3 days after the class. You are responsible for picking up your kit during that time frame. If you are unable to pick up your kit within 3 days, I will donate it to a local family. In the event that I need to cancel a class, full refunds will be provided. I reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment (3 people or less). If this occurs, you will have the option to receive a full refund, transfer into another class, or get a class credit to use at another time.
